NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO CONSIDER ISSUANCE OF ON-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE


NOTICE IS hereby given that the Edina City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Edina City Hall to consider issuance of on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses for the following applicant:

RT Minneapolis Franchise, LLC dba Ruby Tuesday, 1975 Southdale Center, Edina, MN, 55435


All persons who desire to be heard on this issue can either:

1. Submit a letter to the Edina City Council, 4801 W. 50th St., Edina, MN 55424, prior to the date of the hearing.

2. Attend the hearing and give testimony.
