A speaker and panel discussion involving community leaders and residents, as well as a Resource Fair, will be part of the event.

Dr. Jonathan Foley, a nationally recognized speaker who is the Director of the University of Minnesota Institute on the Environment, will give the keynote presentation.

The event will begin at 6 p.m. with a social hour. Foley will speak at 7 p.m., followed by the panel discussion. The Resource Fair will begin at 6 p.m. and continue through the duration of the event. The event qualifies for CEU credit.

The Commission is planning the event in collaboration with various community groups, including the Edina Community Foundation, Connecting With Kids and Edina Public Schools.
